Delivery Policy
At Graphics Cycle, timely delivery and quality output are our top priorities. Our policies are designed to keep the process smooth and transparent. And if you ever need flexibility, just let us know.
1. Project Delivery and Timeline
Delivery time depends on the type and complexity of the project. We always aim to deliver on or before the agreed deadline.
Standard timelines:
- Graphics Design: 20–72 hours
- Web Development: 7–30 business days
- 2D and 3D Animation: 7–21 business days
- Video Editing: 3–10 business days
- Digital Marketing: 5–15 business days for campaign setup, reporting, and initial strategy
If something unexpected comes up, we will let you know right away and work together to find a solution.
2. Free Trials
New clients can request up to 3 free trials to evaluate our work. Free trials are not available for full web development projects or large-scale animations. Once a trial is approved, we move straight into full production based on your requirements.
3. Project Submission and Custom Requests
You can submit projects anytime. Just let us know your preferred delivery schedule, whether daily, weekly, or monthly. For urgent tasks, tell us in advance. We may assign a dedicated team to prioritize your project depending on availability.
4. Revisions and Feedback
We encourage feedback throughout the project. Graphics Cycle offers up to 3 free revisions per project. Additional revisions can be arranged if needed.
5. File Access and Security
Final files will be shared via secure download links or cloud storage. You can access your files for up to 60 days after delivery. Your project is private. Only you can access your files.
